We are working on restoring this service, the DDoS attack has affect all of the servers which we have a team trying to fix all the damage done. Please bare with us as we get this back online and do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Cloudflare also seems to be the issue and we are doing a Major over haul due to DDoS attack.
Affecting Server - Cloud Player
We are working on a solution as Amazon Firestick and Cloudflare are having issues with our DNS. We have a team working on this as fast as possible.

There is still some residual issues with this to correct you need to clear cache and app data from the device settings. Then go back to the app and re login. Please make sure you are using app downloader code 3747407 or 4088510.

We have fixed this so you might have to delete the current playlist and recreate it using the Cloud Stream Server. A lot of this was caused by Amazon and Cloudflare which is why we have been mentioning this in all our emails. Important to read our emails.

We have updated our DNS record for the Cloud Server, you can simply power cycle your device and try now. It just takes a little for that to propagating for each ISP.
